Preparations and Instructions

It is recommended to use a laptop/desktop to fill out this application.

There are two types of memberships available.

1.  Life membership – ₹3000
   • Having paid the subscription/fees as prescribed by the Association.
   • They shall have the right to attend scientific meetings, social events, and engage in all scientific discussions, attend the business meeting. However, they will not be eligible to vote or contest for a position in the Association.

2.  Associate membership (₹3000)

• Associate Members of the Association shall have the right to attend scientific meetings social events, and engage in all scientific deliberations but they shall not attend business meetings and take part in elections.

For Life Membership – Keep the following documents’ PDF files ready to upload.

• Orthopaedic Degree Certificate: M.S. (Ortho), D Ortho, DNB Ortho, etc.
• Registration Certificate for Orthopaedic Degree by Medical Council of India or State Medical Council or NMC with registration number
• One Passport Size Photo to upload. You can select a file to upload or you can take a selfie (with a facility to crop and select part of your face as an Image).

For Associate Membership keep the following documents’ PDF files ready to upload.

• MBBS degree certificate
• Registration Certificate for MBBS Degree by Medical Council of India or State Medical Council or NMC with registration number
• Letter from Head of Department of Orthopaedics (mentioning as PG student and recommend to become associate member)
• One Passport Size Photo to upload. You can select a file to upload or you can take a selfie (with a facility to crop and select part of your face as an Image).

The application process is in two steps.

• Offline payment: You can deposit membership fee offline in advance during step 2 in following account and upload the receipt
